record of undertaking a large variety of appointments for clients
in property acquisition, construction and management in building
and construction sectors
Principal Team Members
Dr. B. B. Umeadi has a bachelor’s degree in Development
Economics and received his MSc Project Management-Architecture
& Construction and PhD in Architecture and Construction.
Dr. Umeadi worked for one of the largest property developers
and management companies. After seven years with Microtek Property
Unit. It was his time at TCA, [Shell and Agip Oil maintenance]
that provided Dr. Umeadi with valuable industry insight and
experience.
G. Finn although has a bachelors degree in Economics
brings different skills sets to the company, coming from a building
and construction background. At the young age of 21, Finn had
already completed his undergraduate degree and went to work
for several building and construction project in Africa. After
six years at Africa sites, Finn had been promoted to the Principal
Site manager first with P. J. Dunn for GLESSON Plc and now with
KEIR, London. In this position Finn managed daily operations
of 200 person operation staff, equipment and material. This
experience provided Finn with incredible customer attention
skills.
Eng. K. A. Grebreab MSc BEng is a professional building
engineer with vast Quantity Surveying background this experience
provided Grebreab with incredible customer attention skills
that he will leverage for the best interest of ebc’s
client
