Safety at construction site is a priority, ebc provides Health and safety consultancy which provides professional advice on Health and Safety matters. Experience in working in a variety of organisations both private and public sector and as diverse as local government organisations to chemical industries. (To IOSH standard)

Project Management (Price on application)

We provide project management, site management, site co-ordination and oversee client building and construction site. ebc checks client’s materials are correct, and the tradesmen are qualified to carry out their set tasks, and co-ordinate the health and safety of the site. Thereafter ebc project managers present the client with valuation certificates to enable the client to pay the tradesmen the correct monies, these certificates are only issued on completion of satisfactory work. We act for our client’s benefit and interest at heart.

Quantity Surveying (Price table on application)

For any values of building works greater than the price table the costs of our works will be pro rata, hence if your project is greater than £500,000 our costs will be greater than £2,100.00 equivalent to the additional amount of works added on.

House Surveys Price on application

There will be an additional surcharge of £5 to cover postage and packaging on all estimates. Standard turnaround on estimates is 8 to 12 working days

• Modifications to an estimate after it has been submitted to a client are charged at £45 per hour
